PRESS RELEASE
NORTHLAKE, IL—Kohl & Madden, the Sun Chemical division which primarily serves the North American commercial printing market, will feature Marathon, a new sheetfed ink series. “Marathon inks offer more performance-laden features than any other inks K&M has ever released,” according to Brian Breidigan, K&M vice president, marketing and business development. The inks have a wide lithographic window and extended stay-open properties that reduce the need for press washes and streamline make-readies.
Sun Chemical’s North American Publication Inks will show results of its PrintEasy heatset offset product line. PrintEasy includes inks formulated for use on specific grades of paper. PrintEasy also includes a total package of fountain solutions, blankets, and technical service processes. The inks utilize new resin technology so the four separate ink profiles—Solar, SunShine, Challenge, and UltraPrint—are fit for use on wider platforms of paper stock and printing applications.
The Sun Chemical booth also will feature its latest technologies in color management and brand security. Visit Sun Chemical at booth 811 or see sunchemical.com.
