AVT Workflow at Labelexpo Europe 2005

HOD-HASHARON, ISRAEL—Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) will present workflow solutions running live at its Labelexpo Europe stand, as well as at the stands of several of the company's partners. Visitors to AVT's booth (6170) will see: PrintVision/Helios label inspection system; an optional Closed Loop Insertion module; the Relfective Support module for inspecting reflective substrates; the WorkFlow Link enables PrintVision/Helios systems to send print quality information to the rewinder and control the rewinder to allow for removal of defective material; the ProoFit solution, an off-line verfication tool; and PrintFlow Manager quality management solution.

Mark Andy (Booth 5C10) will demonstrate AVT's complete press-to-rewinder workflow solution. A PrintVision/Helios will be mounted on the Mark Andy XP500 press while WorkFlow Link and PrintFlow Manager solutions are integrated into the press and the VSR300 rewinder. Both Rotoflex (5C30) and A.B. Graphic Intl. (6F70) will have a PrintVision/Helios system running on a Rotoflex rewinder and Omega SR 330 rewinder, respectively.
