PRESS RELEASE
LEHIGH VALLEY, PA—Air Products Polymers has implemented a price increase of six cents per wet lb. for acrylic-based polymers marketed by the company under the Flexcryl, Airflex, and Flexbond trademarks in the U.S. and Canada. This increase is driven by an increase in raw material and energy costs.
The company also has raised prices for vinyl acetate homopolymer and copolymer emulsions; all ethylene, vinyl chloride-based emulsions; and acrylic-based copolymer emulsions in the U.S. and Canada by four cents per wet lb. These products are marketed under the Airflex, Flexbond, and Vinac trademarks.
