FORT MILL, SC—The AIMCAL Vacuum Metallized or Coated Product Competition features awards for technical and marketing excellence in the following categories: packaging (food, nonfood, healthcare, cosmetics, and toiletries); label (retail, industrial); decroative/display; industrial; and other.

The most significant new technology having an impact on the converting industry or consuming market will be chosen for the 2006 AIMCAL Technology of the Year Award.

Entries must be recived by December 15, 2005. The awards ceremony will be held March 16, 2006, at the AIMCAL Winter Management Meeting.
