Microtrace Enters Into Letter of Intent

MINNEAPOLIS, MN—Microtrace, LLC—a developer of identification, authentication, and security solutions—and H.W. Sands Corp., Jupiter, FL—a designer and manufacturer with a focus on security, transaction card, and electrophotographic, display, and OLED markets—have signed a letter of intent to form a strategic alliance, marketed under the Sands-Secure line of security solutions. H.W. Sands will represent Microtrace technologies and capabilities to the card market.
