Apex Appoints Russian Representative

HAPERT, THE NETHERLANDS—Apex has appointed ZAO Elastic as its representing company for the Russian market. The two companies made contact in September 2005 at the Labelexpo show in Brussels. ZAO Elastic's St. Petersburg, Russia, office will become a high-tech total flexo service facility offering a total product program, including cleaning products, as well as services such as performing audits, cleaning in-house or at the customer's, etc.
