KBA Draws Crowds at PrintFest 2006

WILLISTON, VT—KBA North America sold three Genius 52 UV 20-inch presses on the show floor at PrintFest 2006 and gathered leads who are interested in purchasing KBA press models. During the three days of the show, KBA produced live lenticular jobs on the Genius 52 UV press for attendees. The machine has a short makeready of less than 10 sheets and makeready times of less than five minutes.

"We were the only press manufacturer at the show to demonstrate a small-footprint, one-man operation high-quality press that can print paper up to 32-pt. board stock, as well as plastic and lenticular stock," says Chris Travis, KBA technology manager. "The Genius 52 UV five-color press is a model that can easily produce a printer's everyday work as well as specialty jobs with high dollar amounts."
