Ripp 'n Flow Bags

TAMAQUA, PA | KNF FLEXPAK Corp. has introduced Ripp 'n Flow Bags, an easy-open sack system developed to provide a safe, hygienic solution for handling sensitive materials. The Ripp 'n Flow Bag eliminates the need for sharp implements to open the sacks. The have specially designed perforations that allow excess air to escape from the bag. This seals the content firmly and prevents re-inflation during handling. All materials used in the manufacture of these liners are EC and FDA compliant in relation to plastics, materials, and articles intended to come in contact with food and meet the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. The bags also are 100% recyclable.
Other features of the Ripp 'n Flow bags include:
- The "Block Bottom" design allows the bags to stand unsupported, palletize uniformly, and eliminates bag overhang after palletization.
- The ability to be made airtight or watertight.
- Suitable for use in manual, semi-, or fully automated packing operations.
- A tamper-proof design.
- Available in multiple substrate configuration, including KNF FLEXPAK's Flexi-bar material.
