Shaft Collar

ASTON, PA | EasyLock shaft collars from Amacoil/Uhing install quickly without special tools for non-slip holding of tools and reels on smooth, case hardened (Rockwell 55 or higher) shafts. Holding force can be adjusted from 90 to 1,124 lbs. using the hand-operated control on the unit. A quick-release feature facilitates frequent changeovers to help reduce downtime and maintain high production rates. Applications include securing tools, reels, or other objects on shafts in packaging and converting machinery, stretch-wrap and other roll-fed equipment, and in static procedures such as holding down mounting plates and machine covers.
