Green Bay Packaging Receives Safety Award

GREEN BAY, WI | The Fort Worth Division of Green Bay Packaging (GBP) is the 2016 recipient of The Award of Excellence from the Pulp & Paper Safety Association, Perry, FL. The award is the association's most prestigious award given for operating excellence and is based on the best three consecutive year safety record at a converting operation.

“We stress the importance of safety in everything we do,” says GBP’s Fort Worth Division VP and general manager Rob Schroeder. “We strive to continually improve the safety of our operations and are proud of our employees who have worked hard to earn this prestigious recognition.”

“Recognition for providing a safe working environment for employees and customers is the highest honor a company can receive,” says Peter Masias, GBP’s corporate director of Safety & Risk Management. “We are constantly looking for new ways to maintain and improve our safety standards, and we have dedicated employees who focus on quality control and safety excellence.”
