Grieve Offers Conveyor Oven

ROUND LAKE, IL | Grieve Corp. offers the No. 853 500-deg-F, electrically heated belt conveyor oven, currently used for curing coating and heat shrinking plastics at a customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of the oven measure 30 in. w x 96 in. deep x 24 in. high.

The oven features 4-in. insulated walls, a Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior, stainless steel exterior with #4 brush finish, and a 24-in.-wide, 1x1-in. Type 304 stainless steel flat wire conveyor belt with ¼-HP motor drive and variable speed from 0.9 to 17.6 ipm. A side door allows access to the unit’s workspace.

Safety and control equipment includes a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, and recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
