TORRINGTON, CT | The SD-100 digital syringe dispenser from Dymax Corp. (http://www.dymax.com/) is said to dispense low- to high-viscosity materials accurately. Operators are able to quickly and easily set up the system for the deposit size needed by utilizing the digital timer control and adjustable pressure gauge. The digital timer has a range of 0.01–9999 sec, reportedly giving the operator precise control over fluid dispense, and the adjustable vacuum suck-back results in clean, drip-free shutoff of materials.

This dispensing system replaces manual syringe dispensers and squeeze bottles, is ideal for use as an operator workstation, and can also be integrated into an automated process by connecting an external signal to the system input.

Portable, lightweight unit has a space-saving small footprint and is compatible with a variety of syringe sizes ranging from 3–55 cc. This unit is CE marked for global use and is RoHS compliant.
