The MPG 600 CI gravure roll coater with pressurized chamber doctor blade is said to offer optimum flow conditions in the chamber. Small circulation systems ensure absence of foam without compromising transparency. Quick-change heavy-duty fluid seals ensure splash-free operation even at 600 mbar volume pressure in the chamber. The high sealing ability prevents loss of pressure at the edges and loss of volume, guaranteeing an even coating.
