SUN Automation, Asahi Machinery Sign Agreement

SPARKS, MD | SUN Automation Group, a global provider of innovative to the corrugated industry, announces a partnership with Asahi Machinery. As part of the agreement, SUN will market Asahi’s platen die-cutters and provide parts and service for existing machinery, further developing its solutions portfolio and growing the Asahi brand in North and South America.

Asahi broke into the die-cutting market with the introduction of its CARTONMASTER in 1970. Since then the company has sold nearly 1,500 high-speed automatic platen die-cutting machines, reportedly known for accuracy and durability in carton-making applications.
