Polinas Adds Nuroll

MANISA, TURKEY | Film manufacturer Polinas has acquired 100% of the shares of Nuroll, a manufacturer of BOPET located in Pignataro Maggiore, Italy. The takeover was effective July 1.

Dr. Cahit Paksoy, group president of Polinas owner Yıldız Holding Packaging, says the acquisition will help Turkey develop BOPET manufacture in Europe and extend its range of flexible packaging for customer applications. Paksoy adds that, with this acquisition, Yıldız Holding will start manufacturing in 11 countries, including Turkey.
