The NWP contact web cleaner uses an elastomer roller that runs in contact with the web, penetrating the boundary layer that noncontact systems cannot reach, company says. Roller removes all particles down to microscopic sizes. Contaminate particles are transferred to reverse wound presheeted adhesive roller and trapped permanently. Available in a variety of styles, configurable for single-sided cantilevered machines or for double-sided machines, in five length variations.
