The third edition of the Converting & Package Printing Expo, aka CPP, takes the stage October 15-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The event again will co-locate with Pack Expo and Process Expo. One admission fee will cover entrance to exhibits and pavilions for all three shows.
According to H.A. Bruno, producer and manager of CPP Expo, the co-location was one of the top reasons attendees came to the 2006 show in Chicago, with 79% indicating they were directly influenced by the supply chain concept.
Solutions that can be found at the three-show event include components, inspection, and web controls; finishing equipment; printing presses/processes; RFID and packaging design solutions; substrates, materials, inks, and coatings; and more.
Specialized areas of interest to converters will include a Brand Protection Center focusing on packaging initiatives/technologies to guard against bioterrorism, package tampering, and counterfeiting and product adulteration; a Containers and Materials Pavilion featuring ideas to make packaging stand out; an RFID Pavilion; a Contract Packaging Pavilion; and the Showcase of Packaging Innovations.
The event features an International Business Center with services that include:

- Briefings for organized delegations.
