MULTI-PLASTICS Launches Lidding Films

LEWIS CENTER, OH | MULTI-PLASTICS, an international manufacturer and distributor of thin-gauge plastic film for the envelope, carton, printing, and packaging markets, reports the introduction a new product line of lidding films for the packaging market. This product line complements company’s flexible packaging and labeling films that are primarily used in food contact markets.
The MULTI-Lid line contains five different polyester film laminations offering multiple options for peelable seals to a multitude of tray resins. Microwavable, ovenable, chillable, or freezable options are available. All can be printed if desired.
“We have worked diligently to align ourselves with quality manufacturers to deliver a dependable product,” says M. David Parsio, business development manager. “As unsupported films, the lidding line fits perfectly within our product offerings and is a logical diversification line for us.”
Company says all distribution facilities stocking the lidding materials are audited yearly by AIB International, ensuring their commitment to food safety throughout the supply chain.
