FAIRFIELD, NJ | Azco Corp. reports its SUR-CUT guillotine knife assemblies offer many benefits, including simple installation and hookup, long blade life, clean cuts, and low maintenance. Units can be mounted in any position for convenient operation, and they cut a wide variety of flexible materials including films, foils, paper products, nonwovens, laminates, textile products, and more.

Cutting rate is up to 400 cuts/min, with rate governed by air pressure, flow rate, and cut length. Heavy-duty and custom units are also available. Various blade openings and clearances can be modified to meet specific requirements. Options include blade position sensors, custom blade geometry, a variety of blade material and coatings, and a SMARTKNIFE package.
