Flexotecnica To Be Acquired by Koenig & Bauer (KBA)

TAVAZZANO (LODI), ITALY | Flexotecnica, part of Cerutti Group, announced late yesterday that the majority stake of the company is being acquired by Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA), Würzburg, Germany.
Cerutti Group sources say this decision represents a step forward in the restructuring process it is undergoing while it also strengthens already existing and excellent relations between the two groups.
As a result of this acquisition, according to a Flexotecnica press release, the company "expects to improve its position in the market by becoming part of a group that can guarantee an enhancement both from the commercial and industrial standpoint."
