Heights Group UK Partners with Vianord, Merges with Kelleigh

HALIFAX, UK | Heights Group UK, a global supplier of litho and flexo/letterpress plate processing equipment, announces a strategic partnership with Vianord Engineering, Carros, France.

Michael Millea, director of sales and marketing, Group Heights, says, “Our strategic partnership with Vianord has now completed Heights’ product range with the S-Line Range of solvent processors. Heights can now provide plate production solutions in flexo/letterpress from A4 stacker units through to BP and Incremental 52 wide lines. Heights and Vianord are a strong team supplying the flexo industry with equipment and knowledge for all applications of platemaking, from exposure to the finished plate.”

Heights also reports that Kelleigh USA will merge with its subsidiary Heights USA, effective June 1, 2014. Reportedly, the merger will be a significant addition to Heights’ flexo expertise and depth of market knowledge. Kelleigh will operate from Heights’ existing facility in Ewing, NJ.

Founded in the 1970s, the two companies were brought together in the late 1990s after their acquisition by Global Graphics and worked together until 2002, when they were re-acquired by their original owners to develop and manufacture flexo plate processing equipment.
