Bobst Flexo Presses Suited for Many Markets

HEYWOOD, UK | Bobst says the new minimized waste MW 85F and MW 125F meet the market’s requirement for CI flexo presses in medium to lower wide web widths that offer high quality of printing, as well as flexibility in run length and substrate.

Featuring all state-of-the-art company CI press technologies, the MW line is designed to cater for a wide range of markets, including shrink sleeves, labels, and flexible packaging.

Company says the MW prints with high accuracy and is MW is capable of handling a mix of job lengths, from long to ultra-short in a most cost-efficient way.

Servo drive technology and high-precision mechanical guides allow the MW presses to handle impression adjustment, i.e. the setting of the anilox roller relative to the plate cylinder and of the plate cylinder to the substrate, with a resolution of 1 μm.
