Robinson will offer both a keynote and two-day workshop track during the meeting. With this talk, he peels back the curtain on how Chick-fil-A established their legendary culture by breaking the rules and refusing to forsake purpose for profit. He will also present on “Putting the Customer First” and will discuss what businesses can learn from the “Second Mile Service” handbook which is a “crash course” in creating a brand that customers cannot live without. Steve will share information and inspiration that attendees can use to ensure success in their business.

This dramatic story was also transformed into an Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated film, Captain Phillips, which hit the big screens in the fall of 2013.
