Stanford Products LLC Celebrates 60 Years of Service

SALEM, IL, USA—Stanford Products LLC reports this year the company celebrates its 60th year of service to the flexible packaging industry. According to the company, it was founded in 1943 by W.T. "Dutch" Stanford and has earned a worldwide reputation for building quality equipment backed by the finest customer service available in the industry. Co. adds Stanford is well known for its trademarked Doctor machine, which was invented by Dutch Stanford in 1953.

Says the mfr., "In celebration of its 60th year, Stanford will [introduce] a complete line of 'new-generation' slitter/rewinders. Building upon the successful release of the model 3038 slitter/rewinder [last year], 2003 will see the launch of models 738 and 1038. Model 738 will debut at cmmshow.com and the launch of model 1038 is expected by mid-year." Co. adds, "Both models will feature an affordable knife-positioning system, a motorized rewind loading system, roll pushers, splice tables, and the latest in touch-screen controls."
