ETI Converting Signs Five Contracts at Drupa

Boucherville, QC, Canada | Continuing the success it has enjoyed during its nearly 20 years as a manufacturer of p-s label converting equipment, ETI Converting Equipment reported that it signed five contracts during the just completed 14-day Drupa exhibition. One of those customers was a printer located in the Middle-East, a first for ETI in that part of the world.

“We achieved our objectives at Drupa”, says François Bayzelon, Chairman and CEO. “Of course, we anticipate many other important sales in the next few months, taking into account the interest shown by the numerous visitors we welcomed at our booth.”

Among the products manufactured by ETI, the Cohesio and the Metronome are the most popular. The Cohesio, an in-line silicone and adhesive coating equipment to manufacture p-s labels before or after printing, is being used by some of the biggest end-users worldwide, including L’Oreal, P&G and Heineken.

The Metronome, a servo-motorized flexographic press, also was popular with converters looking for quality and reliability. For Francois Bayzelon, “The opening of a plant in China last August allowed us to reduce considerably our production costs, permitting us to offer the Metronome at a very competitive price without making any compromise on the quality.”

With its two plants, in Canada & China, ETI Converting Equipment explains it strives to offer customers innovative and efficient products to reduce their production costs. Visit: www.eticonverting.com.
