MINNEAPOLIS, MN | Thiele Technologies, a div. of Barry-Wehmiller, announces the purchase of The Hudson-Sharp Machine Co., Green Bay, WI, and Brussels, Belgium. The acquisition is the manufacturer of bread bags, merchandise bags, deli bags, stand-up pouches, bags on a roll, bags and pouches with zipper closures, as well as Inno-Lok and Pour & Lok reclosable packaging.
