Clondalkin Acquires Cleveland Plastic

AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

Flex-pack producer Clondalkin Group has acquired Ohio-based Cleveland Plastic Films, a manufacturer of customized films for banner, food, and industrial applications. Norbert McDermott, CEO of Clondalkin Group, says, “The Cleveland acquisition is another important expansion of our product, technology, and geographic capability in North America.”
