• Muller Martini, Hauppauge, NY, is now the exclusive US distributor of Transpak Strapping Machines.

• FineEye Color Solutions and Chromaticity are merging; the combined company will be called FineEye Color Solutions and will be headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI. Peder Nelson is president.

• Argotec, Greenfield, MA, opens a new 95,000-sq-ft headquarters and manufacturing plant, increasing total operations to more than 150,000 sq ft for the production of TPU film and sheet.

• Elsner Engineering Works, Hanover, PA, appoints UK-based Calder Packaging Machinery as its newest contract field service office for UK and European customers.

• ECRM Imaging Systems, Tewksbury, MA, is celebrating its 40th anniversary.

• Wisdom Adhesives, Elgin, IL, marking its 135-year anniversary, is said to be the longest-running adhesives manufacturing company in the US. The family-owned business is managed by the fifth generation of the Wisdom family.
