PCMC Acquires F.L. Smithe Machine

GREEN BAY, WI | Paper Converting Machine Co. (PCMC), a div. of Barry-Wehmiller, has acquired F.L. Smithe Machine Co., Duncansville, PA. The acquisition reportedly strengthens PCMC's position in flexographic printing and leverages F.L. Smithe's position in the envelope converting industry to broaden the range of markets served by PCMC.
