LINCOLNSHIRE, IL | MLP USA, a subs. of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Tokyo, Japan, reports its parent company plans to establish a subsidiary dedicated to advancing its printing and paper converting machinery business effective July 1. The new company, which will be formed by the merger of the MHI Paper & Printing Machinery Div. and Printing & Paper Converting Machinery Sales Co., will streamline existing operations related to the manufacture, marketing, and support of that equipment.
