MacDermid Announces Price Increase

ATLANTA, GA | MacDermid Graphics Solutions has announced a price increase of 2%-5% on its photopolymer products. This increase will be effective July 9, 2018. Raw material, energy, and transportation costs have risen dramatically over the last two years, says the company, and it continues to pursue manufacturing productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives to offset these higher costs.

MacDermid Graphics Solutions manufactures and markets flexographic printing plates used in the packaging industry. It is a division of MacDermid Performance Solutions, a global specialty chemicals company serving the diversified needs of the Electronics, Industrial, Offshore, and Printing industries.
