Print Labels at High Speeds

The Rapid X1 and X2 label printers use technology from Memjet to produce what are said to be quality labels at high speeds and low cost. Reportedly, the printhead delivers five colors of water-based inks to produce sharp, vibrant prints every time. The X1 can handle a roll of labels to an outside diameter of 305 mm and incorporates an optical sensor for pre-cut and stripped labels. The X2 has the same specs but can handle a roll of labels with an outside diameter of 650 mm. It also uses a loop outfeed enabling it for use in-line with post finishing equipment.
