Corona treatment is our only discipline. QC Electronics has deliberately focused on mastering corona treatment snowballing into a continuously upgraded offering. Our sales team is often mistaken for engineers for good reason: technical understanding is fundamental to how we operate.

QC designs and manufactures a complete line of corona treatment systems for printing, coating, laminating, and extrusion applications. Extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, combined with generational expertise, enable us to set standards in customization, reliability, and performance.
Our systems continuously evolve through field experience and direct customer feedback. This constant evolution has allowed us to engineer systems that absorb the realities of production—shifting line speeds, splices, load variation, and extended run times—without constant intervention.
As part of our commitment to total corona treatment support, we manufacture ceramic electrodes for any corona treater with just a 3-day lead time.
Born on the Production Floor
QC began as a service company, gaining firsthand exposure to the challenges converters face, revealing a clear need for another option. They wanted a reliable, trustworthy solution that delivered no-nonsense, measurable performance. The business naturally evolved to meet those needs and began building robust, high-performance corona treaters.
The industry also identified a need for a consultative supplier capable of addressing application-specific challenges and executing custom solutions. Nearly four decades later, QC continues to support complex, highly custom commissions. This ability is grounded in deep technical expertise and full in-house manufacturing capabilities.
