Chuck System Has Safety Features

Optional features for the ShaftLok safety chuck system include a newly designed spring-loaded, hand-operated sliding mechanism that ensures the shaft capture plate cannot open without the machine operator physically operating the slider first. A mounted proximity sensor will detect whether the capture plate is open or closed.
