"Make Your Mark" Materials Hit Nation's High Schools

The Graphic Arts Education and Research Foundation (GAERF) reports it's distributing industry-related curriculum materials and information to 65,000 high school teachers and guidance counselors. The program, "Make Your Mark in Graphic Communications," says GAERF, "has the potential to reach more than six million high school students nationwide."

Nominations Open for Living Inductees to Plastics Hall of Fame

Ashland Specialty Chemical Company Ups Resin Prices

The Composite Polymers Div. of Ashland Specialty Chemical Co. is increasing the price of its polyester and vinyl ester resins, low-profile additives and gel coats by 4 cents (USD) per lb, the co. reports in a recent press release.
